some colourful gates on a grey and rainy day, seen today in the czech republic.
i am spending most of my easter holidays at my hometown in upper austria. the original plan was to go hiking with my sister but since there’s still a lot of snow, we decided to make short trips every day.
on wednesday we made just a small hiking tour up the ‘sternstein’, a small mountain with 1.125 meters. it was unbelievable how much snow there still was… but i enjoyed the silence and the nature a lot. on our way to the mountain top we saw that the ski-lift was still in operation, so we went skiing (me snowboarding) there yesterday. unfortunately i cannot show you any photos of the skiing trip because i was too afraid to take the camera with me.
but i really, really hope that this one was my last winter post ;)
a while ago i got a hint to keep my eyes open for this abandoned factory, so i went there yesterday to take some adventure-photos! this was the most exciting place i ever took photos at, i am wondering how this factory looked like when it was in operation. it definitely has some stories to tell…
unfortunately couldn’t find much time to take some pictures lately, so i would like to show you some more photos form my thailand-trip last year in february.
all these photos were taken in bangkok at the beginning of our trip. bangkok was our first destination, from there we travelled up north to sukhothai to see some old buddhist temples, then back to bangkok and from there we took the train down south to enjoy the beautiful islands and beaches :)
sorry for being absent lately but i am working hard on my bachelor thesis and life is busy as well…
a while ago i posted some winter landscape pictures and asked you which ones you liked best. some of you might remember, they were taken for my application at a photography school.
now, some time later, i had my first photo workshop :) it was about image structure and we went to the ‘museumsquartier’ in vienna to take some pictures there. we had some tasks to fulfill, for example to try different perspectives or apertures and shutter speed. it was very interesting to see the different results.
and of course, i’d like to share some of those results with you!
have a great week everyone!
